TERMS & CONDITIONS
Missouri Virtual Care LLC
Effective Date: October 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Missouri Virtual Care LLC (“Missouri Virtual Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By accessing our website, scheduling or purchasing services, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms.
Healthcare and Telehealth Services
Missouri Virtual Care provides healthcare services primarily through telehealth. Healthcare services are provided only when an appropriate clinician-patient relationship has been established and telehealth is clinically appropriate.
Use of this website alone does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Submitting a form, requesting an appointment, sending a message, or purchasing a service does not guarantee any particular treatment, medication, prescription, laboratory test, referral, or other service.
A clinician may determine that an in-person examination, emergency evaluation, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist evaluation, or other service is necessary.
Patients agree to provide accurate information regarding their identity, physical location, medical history, medications, symptoms, and other information reasonably necessary to provide care.
Location During Telehealth Services
Missouri Virtual Care primarily provides telehealth services to patients located in Missouri. Patients must accurately disclose their physical location at the time healthcare services are provided.
If an established patient is temporarily traveling outside Missouri, Missouri Virtual Care may be able to continue providing certain services when permitted by the laws and professional licensing requirements of the jurisdiction where the patient is physically located.
Availability of care while traveling is therefore not guaranteed.
Emergencies
Missouri Virtual Care is not an emergency medical service.
Membership access, including after-hours access, is intended for urgent, non-emergency clinical needs.
Do not use the website, email, text messaging, Spruce, or routine telehealth services for a medical emergency.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Prescriptions
A consultation or membership does not guarantee that a medication will be prescribed.
Prescription decisions are based on medical necessity, clinical judgment, individual circumstances, medication risks, applicable standards of care, and applicable law.
Additional testing, records, an in-person evaluation, or specialist consultation may be required.
Membership Plans
Missouri Virtual Care offers:
Individual Membership: $55/month
Couple Membership: $100/month
Membership includes ongoing access to Missouri Virtual Care, including after-hours access for urgent, non-emergency clinical needs, subject to clinical appropriateness and provider availability.
Membership is not health insurance and is not a substitute for health insurance. It does not provide comprehensive insurance coverage or cover hospitalization, emergency services, specialist services, imaging, medications, laboratory charges, or other outside services unless specifically stated otherwise.
Automatic Monthly Billing
By enrolling, you authorize Missouri Virtual Care LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file for recurring monthly membership fees.
Payments are processed through Hint, a third-party membership and payment-processing platform.
Membership is charged on the same calendar date each month based on the original enrollment date and continues until canceled according to these Terms.
Three-Month Minimum Commitment
Membership is subject to a three-month minimum commitment, except when an unused membership qualifies for the initial 48-hour cancellation provision below.
The three-month commitment applies whether or not membership services are subsequently used.
After three required monthly payments, membership automatically continues month-to-month until canceled.
For example, a membership beginning January 10 requires payments January 10, February 10, and March 10. A qualifying cancellation after those payments can prevent the April 10 charge.
48-Hour Cancellation Period
If you enroll, use no clinical services, and cancel within 48 hours of enrollment, you may cancel without the three-month minimum commitment.
Use of any clinical service during that period eliminates eligibility for this exception. Clinical services include, but are not limited to:
Clinical appointments or consultations
Prescriptions
Laboratory orders
Other clinical services provided through Missouri Virtual Care
If you do not cancel within 48 hours, the three-month minimum applies even if you have not used any clinical services.
Except for an eligible cancellation during the initial 48-hour period, membership payments are nonrefundable.
Cancellation
After satisfying the three-month minimum commitment, you may cancel at any time.
A cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled automatic charge to prevent that charge.
Cancellation may be requested by:
Spruce message
Email to movirtualcare@gmail.com
Text to 573-279-3819
Phone call to 573-279-3819
If received less than 24 hours before the next scheduled charge, that charge may still be processed and cancellation will apply to subsequent charges.
Non-Member Visits
Membership is not required.
Patients may instead pay:
Initial visit: $150
Follow-up visit: $100
Additional medications, laboratory testing, and outside services may result in separate charges.
Insurance and Superbills
Missouri Virtual Care LLC is a direct-pay practice and currently does not accept, participate with, or bill any health insurance plan, including private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other government healthcare programs.
When available and appropriate, patients may request a superbill for independent submission to a private insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Missouri Virtual Care does not submit insurance claims on a patient's behalf and does not guarantee reimbursement.
Compounded Medications
Compounded medication costs are separate from membership and visit fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
When a compounded medication is prescribed, Missouri Virtual Care charges the patient's payment method on file through Hint at the time the prescription is sent to the compounding pharmacy.
A consultation or membership does not guarantee that a compounded medication will be prescribed.
Applicable pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, replacement, and cancellation policies may also apply.
Retail Prescriptions
Ordinary retail prescription medication costs are not included in membership or visit fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Patients generally pay the pharmacy directly.
Missouri Virtual Care may assist patients in identifying reasonably priced medication options when practical, particularly for uninsured or self-pay patients, but cannot guarantee medication prices.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing is not free and is not included in the basic membership fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Missouri Virtual Care seeks reasonably priced laboratory options when available. Laboratory costs may be billed separately.
Independent laboratories may include Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp.
Communications
Spruce is Missouri Virtual Care's preferred platform for clinical communications.
Patients may also contact us by email, telephone, or text. Patients are encouraged to use Spruce for sensitive medical information.
Electronic messages are not continuously monitored and must not be relied upon for emergency care.
Third-Party Services
Missouri Virtual Care uses or may interact with third-party services including Elation, Spruce, Hint, Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, and Guaranteed CRM (GoHighLevel).
Independent third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and operational policies.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their care, including symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, clinically relevant pregnancy information, laboratory results, physical location during telehealth encounters, and contact and billing information.
Website Information
Public website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes and is not individualized medical advice.
Viewing the website, submitting information, or contacting Missouri Virtual Care does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by Missouri law.
Healthcare provided while a patient is physically outside Missouri may also be subject to the laws and professional licensing requirements of the jurisdiction where the patient is located.
Changes to These Terms
Missouri Virtual Care LLC may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
