Memberships

Our membership plans provide patients with unlimited virtual visits, heavily discounted labs, direct communication with the provider, and access to care outside of regular business hours. Membership is billed on a recurring basis at a flat rate of $55 per month per adult or $100 per month for couples. These plans are ideal for individuals seeking flexible, continuous, and comprehensive primary care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based models.

Pay-per-visit

For patients who prefer to pay per visit, we offer a straightforward fee-for-service option. An initial visit to establish care is $150, and any follow-up visits thereafter are $100 each. Payment is due at the time of service.
