About Pavel Svintozelsky, MD, AP
Dr. Pavel Svintozelsky is the founder of Missouri Virtual Care providing accessible, patient-centered primary care for adults (18+) across Missouri. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Aureus University School of Medicine and completed two years of clinical rotations in Chicago, Illinois.
​Before founding Missouri Virtual Care, Dr. Svintozelsky spent over five years with Big Tree Medical, where he served as Director of Clinical Programs and consistently achieved the highest patient satisfaction scores and one of the highest patient volumes in the organization.

His clinical focus includes weight management, preventive care, and mental health, with an emphasis on continuity, accessibility, and evidence-based care. Through Missouri Virtual Care, Dr. Svintozelsky combines modern telehealth technology with a practical, relationship-driven approach to help patients achieve lasting improvements in their health and well-being.
